Who We Are
Harrison Educational Consulting Group, LLC (HECG) is a Black woman-owned education consulting firm based in Seattle, WA, dedicated to advancing equity-centered teaching and leadership in K–12 education. Founded by Monique E. Harrison, Ed.S., a nationally recognized instructional leader with over 33 years of experience, HECG empowers educators and school systems through culturally responsive mathematics instruction, equity-focused leadership development, professional learning communities, curriculum design, and program evaluation. HECG partners with districts, universities, nonprofits, and community-based organizations to ensure all students—especially historically marginalized learners—have access to high-quality, engaging, and equitable education.
